Exchange and returns

Ready-to-wear items. Within 14 days of delivery you may withdraw from the purchase provided the item has not been worn and keeps its original condition, tags and packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer; we refund within seven days of receiving the parcel.

Made-to-measure costumes. A costume made to individual measurements and to an agreed design is a personalised item, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to it. This is exactly why we hold fittings and agree the design before the decoration begins.

If something is faulty. If you find a fault in the sewing, write to us with photographs within 14 days. We repair or remake the costume at our own cost, return postage included.
