Delivery and payment

Ukraine. Nova Poshta to a branch or a parcel locker, at the carrier's rates. We ship on the next working day after payment. Pickup from the atelier is possible by arrangement.

EU countries. Courier delivery at a flat rate, usually five to ten working days. Customs duties, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.

Other countries. We calculate delivery individually — write to us with the country and the city.

Payment. Ready-to-wear items are paid for in full at checkout. Made-to-measure orders take a 50% deposit when the work starts, with the balance due before shipping.

We accept card payments online, bank transfer and cash at the atelier. A receipt is sent by email once the payment goes through.
